The disclosure of court records is governed by Colorado State Statutes, Denver Revised Municipal Code, case law, and Chief Justice Directive 05-01. Certain information is confidential and cannot be disclosed.

Official case information, such as the disposition of a case, sentence(s), and register of actions (ROA) are public record and can be viewed online, with a valid case number. Access to court case documents or the ability to search by a person or business name is not available on this website.

Person or Business Name Search:

To locate case records by a specific person's name or business name, please visit one of our Commercial Services contractors. A register of actions, including case numbers are available for purchase through one of these vendors. Copies of case documents are not available from any of these commercial services contractors and may only be obtained at one of the above locations.
